Daily Sales Report module
The Mobile Daily Sales Reporting (DSR) module facilitates the sales executive in submitting daily sales report information directly to the backend systems through an interactive menu driven interface on their mobile phones. The information is registered in real-time with the backend system and is available for viewing by the back office. The executives can also view a list of reports submitted date wise against customer names.
The management can use a web based interface to view and print a complete list of submitted reports date wise by the salesperson. The data can be filtered against the salesperson name and date of the report.
The module also allows an approval cycle can be enabled for organizations which require a submitted report to be updated to “Approved” by a designated authority.
Daily Sales Report module

“Who views what information” access control module controls the various accesses for the data within the system.

With this module, you can define levels of information to divide information such as zones, regions, country etc. You can even restrict access depending on different roles of users such as Salesperson, Team Lead, and Manager etc. You can even assign predefined activities to roles.

Master Data Management
Product Masters and Customer Masters are synced and stored on the user’s phone with the masters available on the server for faster and offline access. The access control information is also maintained on the mobile device.
The module can be accessed from the Web and allows Web based management of master data for required customer, product and user information. Entities such as customers, products, users can be added, edited, deleted, viewed or searched in the system. Additional categories can be defined for categorization with adequate levels of access control.
Reports
The management can maintain better control over the business processes by referring to real-time information with MIS reports. The following are the reports available:
